Apex Track Works
For venues

Your circuit, in their booking email.

A customer books a karting session and receives a link to a virtual version of your circuit in their booking confirmation. Before arriving, they can learn the layout, practise virtual laps and compare times with friends.

The customer journey

From booking to first lap

  1. Book

The customer books a session with you, as they do today.

  2. Open the link

Their confirmation email includes your circuit’s link and access code.

  3. Learn the layout

They look around the circuit, pick a kart and drive practice laps in the browser.

  4. Arrive ready

They turn up knowing the corners, with a virtual lap time to compare with friends.

What you get

The proposed product

Everything is built around your one circuit and delivered as a web page. Customers don’t install anything or create an account.

01

Circuit-specific simulator

A browser simulator of your track only, built from mapping data and your reference material.

02

Dedicated URL

One address for your circuit, ready to paste into booking confirmations.

03

Access-code protection

Only people with your code can drive, and the code is checked on our server. You can change it at any time.

04

Guest driver names

Drivers choose a display name. No registration, email address or password.

05

Kart selection

A choice of simulated karts, with a rental-style kart as the default.

06

Lap timing and leaderboard

Every practice lap is timed, with a leaderboard for your circuit and each kart class.

07

Hosting and maintenance

We run the servers, keep the simulator working on current phones and browsers, and look after updates.

08

Optional branding

Your logo, colours and booking link, only where you have supplied and approved them.

The simulator is for familiarisation and fun. It is not driver training, and virtual lap times are not a guide to real ones.
